Default Adding "glow" or "luminating" an object?
I am playing a dragon valley into the future crossover.

I'd like to "futuristicfy" some items by adding a "glow" or make them luminate.

I don't have anyspecific items in mind, the parts of objects I'd luminate would be small. (I am not asking about CAS items. Just objects only, some decore some interactive.)
